Where has our work ethic gone? Once people were proud to go out to work and provide for their families.
There was some shame if you couldn't. Work gave you a sense of pride and dignity. Things have all changed. A lot of people who work full-time struggle to keep their heads above water while others sit on their bums and seem to do really well on benefits, everything paid for.
It just doesn't seem right or fair! Lazy scroungers, parasites that live off the backs of others. The taxpayers of this country pay for them to stay at home.
When is the Government going to take less from the hard-working people of this country and give less to those who choose not to work? If you are capable of working, then there is no reason why you shouldn't.
Putting these lazy people back to work would generate more money for the health service and the really needy in society. It's not just a few who cheat the system. The problem is huge and the payout is astronomical.
It's about time the Government got it right.
