BEN IWASIUK, 20, of Teasel Way, Carterton, admitted drink-driving on January 19 in Carterton. He had 74mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £484 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 as well as £85 in court costs. He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months.

VISHAL MOSES LAL, 24, of Willow Brook, Abingdon, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis when suspected of a crime on January 18 at Abingdon Police Station. He was fined £320 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £85 in court costs. He was also banned from driving for 20 months.

ARKADIUSZ TOWAREK, 22, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, admitted possession of MDMA, a Class A drug, in Oxford on June 21, 2018. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

JERMAINE ASHFORD JONES, 37, of Kelburne Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on February 20, 2019, by not going to the unpaid work sessions on December 8, 15 and 29 and not providing any reasonable excuse. His current community order was varied and now he must attend appointments for 22 days and continue with the unpaid work requirement until August 19, 2020.

JERMAINE ASHFORD JONES, 37, of Kelburne Road, Oxford, admitted criminal damage to a property on Ridgefield Road on February 1, 2020. He admitted destroying wing mirrors to a car costing £220. He must now pay £200 in compensation and £85 in court costs.

REBECCA ANN NUTTALL, 29, of Horton Drive, Banbury, admitted failing without a reasonable excuse to attend supervision requirements following a release from prison on November 7, 14 and December 5, 2019. She also admitted stealing £110 worth of Sharpies from Hobby Craft in Banbury on November 29, £44 worth of fragrance from Superdrug in Banbury on September 18, £58.21 worth of food from Londis in Banbury on October 24, £71.91 worth of food from the same shop on November 17, £150 worth of perfume gift sets from Debenhams in Banbury on December 10 and failing to surrender to custody on January 29 this year after being released from bail the same day. She was sent to prison for a total of 22 weeks, and must pay a victim surcharge of £122.

KERRY KATHLEEN ANGUS, 59, of Egerton Road, Oxford, admitted driving an unlicensed vehicle on June 17 in Oxford. She was fined £100 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £26.67 and court costs of £85.

EMMA BLACKMAN, of Parsley Place, Banbury, was convicted of failing to ensure a child regularly went to school between June 10, 2019, and October 21, 2019. She was fined £120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as £100 in court costs.

ZOE BRAIN, of Cherwell Avenue, Kidlington, admitted failing to make sure a child went to school regularly between September 5, 2019, and November 7, 2019. She was given a conditional discharge for six months but must pay a victim surcharge of £21 as well as court costs of £100.

ADAM WILLIAMS, 37, of Cherwell Drive, Kidlington, admitted failing to make sure a child regularly went to school between September 5 and November 7, 2019. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £21 as well as court costs of £50.

FRANKLIN ROY FARRELL, 46, of Barns Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a requirement imposed by regulation 35 of the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 by making and keeping documents but not providing them when requested between May 3 and June 28, 2019. He was fined £300 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 as well as £300 in court costs.

MAGDALALENA ANDRZEJEWSKA, 32, of Colwell Drive, Witney, admitted being in posession of Amphetamine, a Class B drug, in Witney on November 3, 2017. She was fined £202 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as £85 in court costs. She must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

ANDY CHUN KIT LAI, 24, of Bailey Road, Cowley, admitted using threatening, abusive and insulting words and behaviour to cause fear or provoke violence in Oxford on December 8. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 50 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and £85 in court costs.

TREVIS MADZIMA, 25, of Manor Road, Witney, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis when suspected of drink-driving in Abingdon on December 8. He also admitted driving without due care and attention. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. He was also fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months.

DANIEL JAMES NORRIS, 32, of Dulas Close, Didcot, admitted using racial or religious slurs to provoke fear and threat of violence on August 4 at Didcot. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 as well as £85 costs.

STEVEN NIGEL PHILIP GOOD, 21, of Bourton Close, Witney, admitted beng in possession of cannabis, a Class B drug, on January 3, 2020 in Witney. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £85 in court costs.

KRYSTYNA OWCZARZ, 28, of Hilton Road, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on July 13 in Banbury. She had 203mcg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mcg. She was fined £368 and must pay a victim surcharge of £36 as well as £85 in court costs. She was also disqualified from driving for 17 months.

MARLEY NIKKI SEAN TAYLOR-WARD, 22, of Queens Avenue, Kidlington, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a Class B drug, on January 21, 2020 on Queens Avenue in Kidlington. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £85 in court costs. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

MUSA KARIMBA, 45, of Avocet Way, Bicester, admitted driving whilst disqualified on the A41 in Bicester on December 22, 2019 as well as driving in a public place without third party insurance. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. He was also disqualified from driving for three years and must pay a victim surcharge of £90 as well as £85 in court costs.
