Police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to following a theft in Cowley.

Between 4.30pm and 7.15pm on Tuesday, February 25, a bike was stolen from a bike rack outside Wilko in Templars Square.

The bike was a grey hybrid-style ‘Giant’ mountain bike.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Lee Dix, based at Oxford police station, said: “I am releasing this CCTV image as I believe the man pictured has vital information about this theft.

“If you recognise him, please get in touch using our online form quoting reference number 43200065927.

“Alternatively, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously via their website or by calling 0800 555 111.”
