THE experiences of people using pharmacies in Oxfordshire during the coronavirus are being sought by the county's independent health watchdog.
Healthwatch Oxfordshire has launched a survey asking everything from how people get there to what changes there have been to the service since the Covid-19 crisis started.
Sharing a link to the survey on its website, the health watchdog said: "What we hear from you will be used to tell those who plan and pay for NHS services, what you think, and to help improve things.

"We are keen to hear about your experience of accessing pharmacy at this time with coronavirus."
It added: "Healthwatch Oxfordshire is independent – we are here to help make sure the voice of people who use health services is heard."
The short survey includes questions about which pharmacy someone use, how they get there and how the experience of using it has changed.
This has options of limited opening times, long queues, delays and difficulty getting my medication, lots of things out of stock, 'I can't get out to collect medication', 'I don't know who to ask to help me' and the pharmacy 'have really stepped up to the challenge'.
