Reminder: here's what the Oxford Mail can and can't report from court

JOCELYN MIRIAM TOMKINS, 45, of Elm Drive, Garsington, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place on St Clements Street, Oxford, on January 1. She was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21.

KEVIN MCKENZIE ELLIS, 38, of Kingsclere Road, Bicester, admitted causing criminal damage to a Porsche Carrera to the value of £8,253 in Bicester on January 29 last year. He must pay compensation of £500 and court costs of £85.

STUART THOMAS LUCAS, 32, of Field Gardens, East Challow, admitted drink driving on January 10 at Market Place, Wantage. Had 40 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £350 and must pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of 85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

OVIDIU MORARIU FERDES, 32, of Green Road, Kidlington, admitted drink driving on October 20 in Wendlebury. Had 142 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He was fined £350 and must pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 46 months.

BARTOSZ PRZYBYLOWICZ, 27, of Linacre Close, Didcot, admitted being in charge of a motor vehicle above the legal alcohol limit on January 1 on Woodstock Road, Yarnton. Had 50 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with 10 penalty points.

ALDORMAR DEL CAMPO NIETO LOZANO, 66, of Burgan Close, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph zone in Rose Hill, Oxford, on May 10. He was fined £115 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

OLIVER PHILIP BEESLEY, 24, of Long Barrow, Chipping Warden, was convicted of speeding by driving 122mph in a 70mph zone on the M40 Bicester on September 18. He was fined £346 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 35 days.

Jonathan BRYNLEY COLLINS, 31, of Michaelis Road, Thame, admitted steling grocery items to a value unknown from the Co Op, High Street, Thame, on January 10. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and mut pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £25.

REBECCA JORDAN, 42, of Stable Road, Bicester, admitted drink driving in Bicester on January 11. Had 69 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

OLIVER TAFADZWA NCUBE, 45, of Oxford Road, Clifton Hampden, admitted drink driving on Deadmans Lane, Reading, on January 11. Had an unspecified number of mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £940 and must pay a victim surcharge of £94 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

LUCAS MYLES SMITH, 22, of Howard Road, Banbury, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on January 10 in Banbury as well as possession of a quantity of cannabis and resisting a constable in the execution of their duty. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21.

TONY JAMES WALSH, 39, of New Road, Didcot, admitted drink-driving on Mendip Heights in Didcot on January 13. He had 53mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £85 in court costs. He was also disqualified from driving for 15 months.

LUKE CLAMP, 30, of Hornton Road, Banbury, admitted damaging £500 worth of property at Hornton Drive, Banbury on October 27. He also admitted failing ot surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates Court on January 16. He was fined £160 in total and made subject to a restraining order and must not go to Horton Drive in Banbury until at least January 26, 2021. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £200 as well as a victim surcharge of £32 and £85 in court costs.

RAFAL ANDRZEJ GOLOMBEK, 43, of Magdalen Road, Oxford, admitted stealing £36 of clothes from Next at the Westgate Centre on January 25 and stealing £212 worth of clothes from John Lewis on the same day. He also admitted to stealing £154 Rayban sunglasses at the shop on January 21 as well as failing to comply with the unpaid work requirement of a community order on September 19 and 20. He was sentenced for the original offences of stealing two bottle of alcohol costing £45 from Sainsbury's in the Westgate Centre on March 21, 2019 and stealing another bottle costing £25 from the same shop on June 3, 2019. He was made subject to another community order and must get alcohol dependency treatment for three months and must carry out 40 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge fee of £90.

JANINE LENKA BROZEK, 44, of Hagbourne Road, Didcot, was convicted of drink-driving on November 4 at Tesco on Marcham Road. She had 76mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. She was fined £180 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 as well as £200 in court costs. She was also disqualified from driving for 20 months.

JOSEPH KALU, 36, of Crownfields, Harwell, was convicted of leaving two sacks of waste outside Travis Perkins, a building shop, on the Broadway in Didcot on August 19, 2019. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as costs of £634.11.

BENNY LAZAR, 43, of no fixed abode, admitted driving at 48mph in a 30mph zone on April 30 on the A412 in Denham. He was fined £153 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as court costs £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.

GRAHAM BREWIS, of Hawkins Way, Abingdon, was convicted of failing to supply information within 14 days about council tax on October 11. He was fined £110 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £100.
