UNDER new lockdown guidance, people are allowed to leave their homes for up to an hour a day for exercise - but the rules still seem a bit vague to some.
Boris Johnson has ordered people to only leave their homes under a list of ‘very limited purposes’ like getting to work if they have to or going shopping for vital supplies.

But can you still drive to a beauty spot to soak up the sun for an hour? Or drive to a nicer park to walk the dog?
Here's what you need to know:
Can I still go to the park?
People are allowed to go to the park for outdoor exercise one a day but only alone or with members of your household.
Communal areas in parks like sports courts, playgrounds and outdoor gyms have been closed to protect people from catching coronavirus.
Police have been given the power to fine people or arrest anybody who breaks the rules - like hanging out in groups of three people or more from different homes.
Can I drive to a national park or other green space to walk?
The government has asked people to stay close to their homes for a daily walk.
On its website it said: "We advise you to stay local and use open spaces near to your home where possible – do not travel unnecessarily.
"You can still go to the park for outdoor exercise once a day but only by yourself or within your household, not in groups.
"We ask you to keep 2 metres apart from others outside your household at all times when outdoors."
Can I walk my dog or look after my horse?
Yes, but the government advise being outside for the least amount of time possible - which probably means not driving miles away from home.
On its website it adds: "Yes – provided it is alone or with members of your household.
"People must stay at home as much as possible to reduce the spread of the virus. But you can also still go outside once a day for a walk, run, cycle. When doing this you must minimise the time you are out of your home and stay at least two metres away from anyone else that isn’t from your household."
