Reminder: here's what we can and can't report
PHILLIP JAMES MORSE, 53, of Divinity Road, Oxford, admitted theft by finding a handbag containing a passport, lipstick, debit card, keys and an Apple Iphone X costing £1,015 belonging to a woman on December 22 at The Deli, on Cowley Road. He also admitted using a bank card from the woman to buy alcohol and tobacco costing £23.95 at the Co-op on Cowley Road that same day. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for alcohol dependency for nine months at Turning Point.
He must also pay compensation of £550.
KELLEDY NDLOVU, 69, of Cress Hill Place, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on October 25 on Burchester Avenue, Oxford. He had 114mch per 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mcg. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £31 as well as £85 in court costs. He has also been disqualified from driving for 12 months.
EDWARD PARKER, 41, of Sinodun Road, Wallingford, admitted breaching a restraining order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on January 9, by harassing a woman and in directly contacting her through two people on January 20 in East Hagbourne, Didcot. He also admitted breaching a suspended sentence given by Oxford Magistrates Court on January 13 after he breached the restraining order by posting a letter through the door of the woman he was prohibited from contacting. He was sent to prison for 12 weeks.
RADOSLAW PIOTR PASZYNSKI, 43, of Danesmoor, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on October 29 on Ruscote Avenue, Banbury. He had 235mcg of alcohol per 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107mcg. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £85 court costs. He was also disqualified from driving for 17 months.
LUKE DICKERSON, 18, of Sedgeway, Carterton, admitted carrying a lock knife without good reason on Roger Bacon Lane, Oxford, on May 25, 2019. He was given a conditional discharge for 36 months and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 as well as £85 in court costs. He must also forfeit the lock knife to be destroyed.
ALICE JANE ROBINSON, 28, of Aldrich Road, Oxford, admitted breaching a community order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on August 27 by failing to attend appointments on November 21 and 28 and not giving a reasonable excuse within a timeframe or at all. She was sentenced for the original offence of failing to surrender to custody on May 31, 2019 at Abingdon Police Station, stealing a rucksack and contents worth £500 on July 10, failing to surrender to custody on July 31 at Abingdon Police Station and behaving indecently at Oxford Police Station on St Aldate’s by shouting and swearing at staff and throwing a phone at the wall on August 21. Her community order was revoked and she was sent to prison for eight weeks because of her ‘flagrant disregard’ for court orders.
HASAN BAHRI, 28, of Oliver Road, Oxford, admitted breaching the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on November 6 by failing to comply with the unpaid work sessions on November 30 and not attending unpaid work sessions on December 7 and 8. The unpaid work requirements were removed from his community order and instead he must participate in an activity with a probation officer for 20 days by May 5, 2021.
ASHLEY WATTS, 29, of North Street, Banbury, admitted breaching a community order made by Uxbridge Magistrates Court on September 20 by failing to attend unpaid work on February 1, 2019, and February 8. He was fined £100.
ASPECT HOME IMPROVEMENTS, The Chambers, Abingdon, was convicted of using a Ford that was unlicensed on May 28, 2019. It was fined £220, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £44.17 and court costs of £85.
ALDWYN CECIL DALLIMORE, 62, of Boxhill Road, Abingdon, admitted keeping a car on a road that was unlicensed on February 20, 2019 after it expired on November 30, 2018. He was fined £43 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £62.50 and court costs of £85.
HAILE JNR LIMITED, Roman Road, Wheatley, was convicted of having a vehicle registered under the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 when it did not meet the insurance requirements. It wad fined £220 ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £100.
REBECCA MAY JAMIESON, 28, of Queens Avenue, Kidlington, admitted breaching the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on October 30 by failing to attend probation appointments on June 27 and August 15 and not giving a reasonable excuse. She was fined £50.
KARMAKHARM MONTCHAI, 63, of St Clements Street, Oxford, was convicted of having a vehicle registered under the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 when it did not meet the insurance requirements. It was fined £220 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as court costs of £100.
JUSTIN HOWE, 22, of Fitzwaryn Place, Wantage, was convicted of driving than otherwise in accordance with a licence on August 5 on Abingdon Road, Berinsfield. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £85 in court costs.
THOMAS GEORGE LARMAN, 27, of Mitchell Close, Wootton, Abingdon, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on August 18 in Wantage. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 as well as court costs of £85. His driving license was also endorsed with six penalty points.
RIKKI JASON MARSDEN, 47, of Fane Drive, Wallingford, was convicted of driving than otherwise in accordance with a licence on November 28 on Faringdon Road, Burcot. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge fee as well as £85 in court costs. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.
MARCELL VANYA, 27, of Mill Lane, Wantage, was convicted of driving without third party insurance as well as diving otherwise than in accordance with a licence on November 30 on Southfield Road in Oxford.
He was fined £400 in total and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
EDUADO LEITE ZAGUINE, 26, of Cleveland Drive, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on November 26 in Tidmarsh Lane, as well as using a motor cycle with tyres less than 1mm tread, riding with a back number plate that was too small to read and failing to keep lights and devices in working order. Altogether he was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
