A group of disc jockeys raised more than £500 for a special school by holding a night of nostalgia based on youth club discos.
More than 300 people helped raise £540 during a night of 80s soul and rare groove at the Thirst Lodge bar in St Ebbe's, Oxford.
The event was based on discos held at Barns Court Youth Club in Cowley during the 1970s and 80s.
Organiser Tony Nanton, 40, from Oxford, who set up the Barns Court Reunion nights several years ago, said this was the second time he had raised funds for the John Watson School in Wheatley.
He said: "My brother Barry went to John Watson many years ago.
"I couldn't think of any other way of being able to pay them back for the love and attention they gave him and many others over the years."
