A STUDY has revealed Oxford University has produced more of the UK's wealthiest 1,000 people than any other - including rival Cambridge.
Finance firm Tide researched the educational background of the 2019 Sunday Times Rich List, which lists the 1,000 richest people in the UK.

It found of 364 with information available, 50 had attended Oxford University, this was followed by Cambridge at 33 and then Imperial College London with 13 graduates in the list.
The degrees most common in the top 1,000 were Economics and Finance at 68, Engineering at 36 and then Business at 28.
