Bicester Village has come under fire from a member of staff who says it has handled the impact of the coronavirus pandemic in a 'poor' way.
An anonymous retail worker at one of the shops at the outlet said managers at the site are not giving out information, leaving workers feeling as though they are not cared about.
She said she heard that Scott Malkin – chairman of Bicester Village parent company Value Retail – visited at the weekend, but staff have not been officially told about what happened.

She said: “We heard he has no intention of closing the place, but we're hearing it through the grape vine.
“All the powers that be are working from home because they can, they're not popping their heads into stores to say thank you.
“Hugo Boss closed last night; Prada closed last night and a few more - today there are possibly 15 stores open with still no intention of closing, it which we find bizarre.
“I think it's poor... they've finally put notice on the website but it's very vague - it's saying some stores are closed but it's probably about 90 per cent, and some people are driving an hour or two hours to get here."
More than 100 stores are now closed at the designer outlet, but the site as a whole remains open.
The retail worker added that a risk to health was no longer the main issue, but that managers were not showing them enough concern.
She said: “Social distancing isn't an issue because people aren't coming, it's just the vagueness and the lack of support from the powers that be.
“They're not even popping their heads in to say thank you or calling in to ask if people are ok.
“They're just not giving us information.”
Bicester Village has been asked to respond.
