A huge round of applause will be taking place on Thursday to say thanks to the NHS staff working tirelessly during the coronavirus pandemic.
People are asking everyone that can to clap at 8pm on March 26 - whether it's in your garden, from a window or balcony or local park.
The message has been shared millions of times on social media.
