A RESTAURANT and bar in Oxford city centre has closed due to the coronavirus.
The Ivy Oxford Brasserie on High Street decided to close its doors yesterday evening.

In a statement on its website, it continued: "This extraordinary measure has been taken in the interest of both employee and guest safety which are of utmost importance to us...
"We look forward to reopening, when we are able, and to welcoming you back to our restaurants. May we take this opportunity to thank you for the fantastic support and loyalty you have shown to us during this unprecedented time."
It comes after a number of retailers, theatres and other facilities and services closed this week after the Prime Minister's announcement on Monday.
