A LETTER of a 'distressing nature' was delivered to a Bicester home and is believed to be linked to other correspondence previously received by the victims.

At around 11.30pm on Saturday, February 22 the letter was delivered to a property in Bourne Close.

Thames Valley Police has now released a CCTV image of a woman that officers would like to speak to following the incident.

Investigating officer PC Shaun Sullivan said: “I am releasing this CCTV image in the hope that someone can identify the woman shown.”
