KEEGAN LONG, 19, of Yarnells Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence on Oxpens Road in Oxford on November 19 as well as driving without insurance on the same day. He was fined £660 in total and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 as well as court costs of £85. Driving licence endorsed with six points.
JOHN LOVEGROVE, of Church View Road, Witney, was convicted of driving without a licence or insurance on Curbridge Road, Witney, on November 24. Fined £371 and ordered to pay a a victim surcharge of £37 as well as court costs of £85. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.
SHAUN MCANDREW, 55, of Fitzharry’s Road, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding in a 30mph zone on Botley Road in Oxford on August 11. Fined £123 and ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three penalty points.

MARIGKLEN MERA, 27, of Maidcroft Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving on Oxford Road without third party insurance on July 29. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £66 as well as court vosts of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
PAIGE NEWMARK, 58, of Grove Farmhouse Access Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at 47mph in a 30mph zone on the B4027 in Stanton St John on June 20. Fined £440 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.
JAMES GEORGE PEARSON, 43, of Wallingford Road, Wallingford, was convicted of driving without a licence or insurance on Grenoble Road in Oxford on November 2. He was fined £880 in total and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

TAYLOR JAMES BLOOMFIELD, 20, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm and distress to police community support officers in Abingdon on December 30. he was fined £400 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £40 as well as court costs of £85.
ROBERT AMOS EDWARDS, 50, of Beeching Way, Wallingford, admitted breaching a non-molestation order made by Slough Family Court on November 12 by messaging or calling somebody he shouldn’t via social media or electronic messaging on January 14. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 .
ROBERT DAVID HATTON, 24, of Avocet Way, Bicester, admitted drug-driving on Avocet Way in Bicester on July 18. He had 118mcg of benzoylecgonine, which is found in cocaine, per litre of blood, above the legal limit of 50mcg. He was fined £300 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £85 in court costs. He was also disqualified from having a driving licence for 12 months.

HARRY JAY MAJOR, 19, of Middle Furlong, Didcot, admitted drink-driving on December 30 at Bucknell Road, Bicester. He had 52mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £276 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £85 court costs. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.
LUCI CELIA MINTZ, 40, of Orchid Walk, Woodstock, admitted drink-driving on Bear Close, Woodstock on December 12. She had 74mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. She was fined £120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85. She was also disqualified from driving fro 18 months.
VESELIM IVANOV, 46, of Gordon Way, Witney, admitted drink-driving on Gordon Way on December 30. He had 106ml of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was given a community order and must carry out 40 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £300 and a victim surcharge of £90 as well as £85 in court costs. He was also disqualified from driving for 26 months, to be reduced by 26 weeks if he completes a driving course.
RUBY GRANT, 23, of Yarnells Hill, Oxford, admitted ‘destroying’ multiple panes of glass in a door at the Black Horse pub in Kidlington on June 7, costing £772.20. She was discharged conditionally for 24 months but was ordered to pay compensation of £772.20 as well as a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

MATTHEW SIMMS, 18, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man occasioning actual bodily harm on February 3, 2019, in Oxford. He must pay compensation of £250 and pay court costs of £85.
SUHAYL ALI, 30, of Headley Way, Oxford, admitted drink driving on December 31 on Cherwell Street, Oxford. Had 46mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 36 months.
MARCIN WOLOWSKI, 29, of Samuelson Court, Banbury, admitted drink driving on January 1 on Lower Cherwell Street, Banbury. Had 44mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £276 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
MARTIN IVOR IVES, 66, of Green Road, Kidlington, admitted harassment by breaching a restraining order in Banbury Road, Oxford, as well as possession of an offensive weapon - a golf club - and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment alarm or distress in Yarnton. He was made subject to a community order to include 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £300.
MIA SORRAYNE MORRIS, 24, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, admitted stealing a pedal cycle on September 13 in Oxford and stealing two bottles of Bombay Sapphire gin valued at £36 from Tesco, Oxford, on December 15. Also admitted stealing a handbag from TK Maxx, Oxford, on July 19, failing to surrender to custody, stealing vodka from Oxford Supermarket, Oxford, on August 18 and common assault. She was made subject to a community order to include a 12-month drug rehabilitation requirement and seven rehabilitation activity requirements days and she must pay £465.99 compensation.
LEANNE HURT, 31, of Gordon Marshall Close, Witney, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Banbury Police Station on November 11. Ordered to pay a £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs and banned from driving for 45 months.
