CLANFIELD village is celebrating the reopening of its pre-school - almost four months to the day after it was overwhelmed in the July floods.
Youngsters can return tomorrow to their sessions at the Methodist Church Hall following extensive drying and refurbishment.
Pre-school manager Jane Brown said: "It was heartbreaking at the time.
"The whole place, like so many properties in the village, was flooded out.
"It's taken a long time, but hopefully we are now back to normal."
