TO minimise the spread of coronavirus and to prioritise the wellbeing of staff and visitors, an art gallery has temporarily closed.
Modern Art Oxford on Pembroke Street is shut from today.
All upcoming public events have been cancelled and refunds will be issued to visitors who have purchased tickets.
In a statement on its website it continues: "Gallery operations will continue through remote working and you can keep up-to-date with our work via our digital channels, including a virtual tour of Johanna Unzueta: Tools for Life.
"We look forward to staying connected with you while we go through this period of disruption.
"We will keep you informed of developments on our website and we look forward to welcoming you back to Modern Art Oxford soon. Thank you for your support and understanding."
