Shame on King Alfred's School, Wantage, for banning a 15-year-old schoolgirl from lessons because she has dyed her hair green for Children In Need.
Apparently it was against the school's dress code.
How mean and small-minded.
Kathy Singer should be applauded, not punished for trying to help less fortunate children across the world.
The dye comes out after 30 washes and other children have coloured their hair red and pink and this has been permitted.
I hope King Alfred's will now have a change of heart and allow Kathy back into lessons.
