A DRIVER was seriously injured today after his car crashed off the road and hit a tree in Thame.
The man was driving a green Mazda MX-5 convertible on Thame Park Road. As the vehicle approached a right-hand bend, it left the road and hit a tree.
The driver was taken to John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, with serious neck injuries.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the crash, which happened at 9am, or saw the vehicle before it left the road.
