A MAN is reported to have inappropriately touched himself while talking to a group of girls on a busy train.

British Transport Police (BTP) are appealing for information following the report of public indecency.

The incident happened on a train from London Marylebone to Oxford between 6.35pm and 7.40pm on Saturday, February 22.

The man began talking to a group of teenage girls before he is then reported to have started touching himself inappropriately.

The suspect is described as white, aged in his late 20s or early 30s, of a skinny build, mousy brown short hair, and 5ft 8. 

He was wearing a blue and grey chequered shirt, dark blue jeans and blue Adidas trainers. He was also carrying a black light weight jacket.

Anyone who witnessed the incident who has not already spoken to an officer, or who knows the identity of the man involved, is asked to contact BTP.
