A £100 million project to redevelop Blackbird Leys, with 275 new homes and shops, is on the cards.
Oxford City Council's cabinet agreed a budget for the major regeneration project as part of a masterplan when it met Wednesday night.
The new homes will include around 151 for social rent , 62 for shared ownership and 74 for market sale.

There are also plans to rebuild Blackbird Leys Community Centre.
Details of the scheme will now be discussed with residents of the housing estate.
