Campaigners are being encouraged to provide evidence to support their fight to retain services at Banbury's Horton Hospital.
Campaigners are fighting to save paediatrics, obstetrics and the special care baby unit at the hospital.
An independent review panel was asked by Health Secretary Alan Johnson to provide more information about the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust's proposals to close the departments.
It specifically needs any details not submitted during the formal consultation process.
Panel chairman Dr Peter Barrett said: "The key focus of our review is the patient and the quality of care.
"People with new evidence, or who feel their voice hasn't been heard, should not hesitate to contact us as we're keen to hear from all sides of the debate."
The panel is reviewing whether the ORH proposals provide safe, sustainable and accessible services for the people of north Oxfordshire.
Its recommendations will be sent to Mr Johnson by Sunday, February 18, who will make any final decisions.
