A CYCLIST 'grabbed' the neck of a driver sat at traffic lights before leaving the scene on his bike.
The 49-year-old victim was sat in his car in Oxford Road, Bicester, opposite the Acorn pub when the unknown man opened his side door and assaulted him.
The offender then cycled off in the direction of Bicester Village.
The victim did not sustain any injuries.

Thames Valley Police has now released an image of a man officers would like to speak to following an assault in Bicester that happened at around 1.15pm on Saturday, February 29.
Investigating officer PC Jonathan Livingston said: "I am keen to hear from anyone who recognises the man in this image as I believe that he has vital information about this incident.
