PARENTS and carers are being asked to share their experiences of supporting children aged under five with mental health and wellbeing.
Healthwatch Oxfordshire is launching a county-wide survey into the topic.
In particular, the the independent watchdog will look at the following questions: What does mental health and wellbeing mean to you and your child? How do you know if there is anything to worry about? and where could you get support, and what is that support like?
The project has been developed with the Sunshine Centre, Banbury, and will comprise a countywide questionnaire and group sessions.

Rosalind Pearce, Executive Director of Healthwatch Oxfordshire, said: “We know that emotional wellbeing in very young children is an important foundation for children in later life.
"We therefore want to know whether children in Oxfordshire are receiving the best start they possibly can, and what is being done to support them. “
