A YOUNG man exposed himself to a woman near a railway underpass in Bicester in a 'disturbing' incident.
At around 5.10pm on Friday a 48-year-old woman was walking towards the town centre along Town Walk West, before the railway underpass, when the man exposed his genitals to her.

He is described as white, between 18 to 23-years-old, around 5ft 8ins tall and of average build.
He had short dark hair, wispy facial hair on his chin and a dark moustache.
He was wearing a black coat with a grey hooded top underneath and black jogging bottoms.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Evonne Letch, based at Bicester police station, said: “I am appealing for witnesses following this incident of exposure, which was a disturbing experience for the victim.

“We would like anyone with information on this to come forward and speak to police.
“If anyone believes they witnessed this incident, or has any information relating to it, please contact Thames Valley Police on 101, quoting reference 43200077402.
