'SUSPICIOUS' men were spotted in a village near Bicester 'carrying a car jack'.
Thames Valley Police, in an online alert today, said the men were seen in Mill lane, Upper Arncott at about 11pm last night.
It added: "It is believed they were carrying a car jack at the time.
"A member of the public was alerted and challenged the males."
One of the men was white, approximately in his 40s and wearing a black beanie.

He was also described as a 'chubby bloke', with no facial hair or glasses and 'possibly' wearing a light grey hoodie.
The alert added: "The suspicious males were believed to drive off in a black saloon vehicle."
Anyone who was in the area at the time and saw something or has CCTV covering the area is asked to call police on 101 with reference 1278 08/03/20.
