Oxford Magistrates' Court
A MAN charged with indecently assaulting a boy 20 years ago is set to appear at court.
Hasan Gunes is charged with four counts of indecent assault of a boy under aged under 14 years.
Prosecutors claim that the 33-year-old of Clarendon Road, Margate, Kent, assaulted a boy over a period of years in Oxford in the early 2000s.

The child - who cannot be named for legal reasons - was aged under 14 at the time of the alleged assaults.
Gunes will appear for the first listing of his case at Oxford Magistrates' Court today.
No formal plea has yet been entered and the matter can be heard either before magistrates or at the upper court - Oxford Crown Court.
