POLICE are launching a fresh appeal for witnesses after a 30-year-old man died after crashing his van.
At 9.47pm last Monday, a white Peugeot van travelling on the A361 from Burford towards Chipping Norton left the road and collided with a wall and a telegraph pole at the junction with Charlbury Road.
The van overturned onto its side and the driver was left with serious injuries.
The man was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital, however he died from his injuries on Friday.

Investigating officer PC Naomi Hames of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit based at Bicester, said: "First and foremost, our thoughts are with the family of the man who has sadly died.
"They are being supported by officers at this time.
"I am re-appealing to anybody that was in the area at around 9.45pm last Monday who believes that they witnessed the collision to please make contact with police.
"If you have dash-cam in your vehicle and believe it may have captured anything that can assist this investigation, please can I ask you to check this and phone the 24-hour non-emergency number 101 quoting reference 43200072431.
"Alternatively, you can make a report online."
