Kieran RYAN, 27, of Sandy Lane, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman on June 4 in Oxford. He was fined £61 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.
JAMES ALBERT KEITH CHURCH, 27, of Spruce Drive, Bicester, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on April 24 in Bicester. He was fined £276 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for two months.

Aaron John COUSINS, 46, of Bayswater Farm Road, Headington, was convicted of speeding by driving 101mph in a 70mph zone at the A40 Forest Hill on April 1. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
CAROL GEE, 53, of Windmill Close, North Leigh, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on Banbury Road, Oxford, on April 7. She was fined £172 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
KAREN LUCKY BOTTLEY, 49, of Ashurst Way, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between June 27 and July 25 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Christopher JOHN TUFFY, 39, of no fixed abode, admitted causing criminal damage to a photo frame in Abingdon to a value unknown on December 19. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £30.
DRAGOS DRAGOMAM, 42, of Old School Close, Caversfield, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Abingdon Police Station on December 21. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
Jose Ramon PHILLIPS, 58, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by using abusive and insulting language on Cowley Road, Oxford, on December 20. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.
Stephen George RUSHMER, 55, of North Way, Headington, admitted being drunk and disorderly on London Road, Headington, on December 22. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.
Rory MARR MACLEOD, 42, of St Martins Street, Wallingford, admitted assaulting a woman in Wallingford on December 22. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

MOHAMED ZINEDDINE RABIA, 21, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting a detention officer and causing criminal damage to a cell on December 26 at Abingdon Police Station. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay compensation totalling £200.
ANTHONY PETER MARTIN, 40, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by being found drunk obstructing the highway on Woodstock Road, Oxford, on December 27. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.
Arron WILLIAM GARDNER, 34, of no fixed abode, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements on release from prison by failing to attend his first appointment on October 18 and 21. He was jailed for 14 days.
STUART GRIER, 25, of Crossville Crescent, Didcot, admitted having a bladed article in public in Didcot on December 29. He was jailed for three months suspended for 12 months and he must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85.
Lee Steven MULLEN, 32, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing oil to the value of £92.09 from Halfords, Banbury, on October 14 and 11 packs of Lavazza coffee to the value of £45.65 from Tesco, Banbury, on October 14. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay compensation of £92.09 and a victim surcharge of £21.
STUART JAMES NICHOLSON, 43, of Cowley Road, Littlemore, admitted assaulting an emergency care worker, damaging the inside of a police vehicle to a value unknown and using threatening, abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress as well as stealing food items to a value unknown from the Co Op on May 25 in Cowley, Oxford. Also admitted two racially aggravated public order offences on December 28 and 29 in Oxford and breaching a previously imposed suspended sentence. He was jailed for 12 weeks and must pay compensation totalling £400 and a fine of £200.
Roger Reece RADBURN, 44, of Bartlemas Road, Oxford, admitted stealing two perfume sets to the value of £129 from Boots, Oxford on December 29. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40.
Terence CRAVEN HEDLEY, 46, of Kempson Crescent, Oxford, admitted possession of a quantity of cocaine in Oxford on May 13 and cannabis in Oxford on December 31. He was fined a total of £32 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.
JACK DENNIS LOCKER, 19, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Banbury on December 3 as well as failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.
JOAO PEDRO DE SOUZA ALENCAR IVO, 26, of Furlong Close, Oxford, admitted drink driving on Barns Road, Oxford, on December 31. Had 68ug in his breath. He was fined £161 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and he was disqualified from driving for 17 months.
PAUL MICHAEL EVANS, 58, of Jackson Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting two women in Oxford on July 15. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for six months and 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.
MICHAEL JAMES BENNETT, 35, of Medlock Grove, Didcot, admitted driving without due care and attention on November 9 on the A34 Abingdon. He was fined £292 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was handed six penalty points.
BRUCE DAVIES, 69, of Mickle Way, Forest Hill, admitted driving without due care and attention on June 23 on the A4130 Milton. He was fined £392 and must pay a £39 victim surcharge and £85 costs and he was handed nine penalty points.
