Reminder: here's what we can and can't report from court.

MOKHTAR BENNAGI, 29, of Roger Dudman Way, Oxford, admitted drug driving with MDMA and cannabis in his blood as well as driving while disqualified and without a driving licence or third party insurance on January 21 on Abingdon Road, Oxford. He was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months and must participate in an accredited programme for 30 days and 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He was also disqualified from driving for 24 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £775.

MARK HURST, 49, of Fane Drive, Berinsfield, admitted two counts of sending an indecent or grossly offensive electronic message on July 24 and August 17 in Berinsfield. He was made subject to a community order to include 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

QADEEP HUSSAIN, 24, of Riverside Court, Long Ford Close, Oxford, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis on November 25 in Oxford as well as failing to surrender to custody. He was fined a total of £150 and he must pay a victim surcharge of £32.

ROBERT STEPHEN MONTGOMERY, 65, of Witney Lane, Stonesfield, admitted driving without due care and attention on June 26 in Woodstock. He was fined £463 and must pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with nine penalty points.

PAUL CHARLES CURTIS, 41, of Russell Walk, Southampton Street, Faringdon, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between July 16 and August 13 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

BENJAMIN FETT, 25, of Appletree Close, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between August 28 and September 25 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JAMES ASHLEY HANDLEY, 48, of Healey Close, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding by driving 50mph in a 30mph zone at the B4017 Drayton Road, Abingdon, on August 31. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LUKE EDWARD PITSON, 30, of Barns Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between August 27 and September 24 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CLARA SIBY PLACCA, 29, of Old Road, Headington, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between July 12 and August 9 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

EDWIN THOMAS, 58, of Bartholomew Avenue, Yarnton, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between July 25 and August 22in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

SANDRA MARY WOLLNER, 59, of Mill Lane, Oxford, admitted driving at 35mph in a 30mph zone on Marston Road in Oxford on July 7. She was fined £138 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85. Her driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

DANIEL JAMES SWANN, 28, of Main Road, Bampton, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on May 7 in Witney between Leafield and Finstock. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 as well as court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.

JOANNE LYN COUGHLAN, 42, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted failing to surrender to custody on December 17 after being released from bail on November 12 at Banbury Police Station. She was fined £50 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32.

PATRICK KEENAN, 35, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing coffee, costing £40, from Sainsbury’s in Oxford on November 27. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay compensation of £40 as well as a victim surcharge of £32.

CARLO MAZZANTI, 37, of Eynsham Hall, Witney, admitted drink driving on December 4 on Main Road, Long Hanborough. He had 51mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £320 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 as well as court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 15 months.

JAMES PETER, 38, of Evans Lane, Kidlington, admitted stealing a Hoover and three Amazon Fire TV sticks, costing £210, from Sainsbury’s in Kidlington. He was given a condition discharge for 12 months, but was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

ATTILA PINTER, 36, of High Furlong, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on December 5 in Banbury. He had 51mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £318 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £85 court costs. He was also disqualified from driving for 15 months.

ANDREW YOUNG, 41, of Wharton Road, Headington, admitted driving a car that was unlicensed on May 29 when the licence expired on March 31. He was fined £170 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £26.67.

ARLEN MICHAEL HEATHERLEY, 24, of Harefields, Oxford, admitted failing to give a breath test on August 4 at Abingdon Police Station as well as obstructing a police constable on duty at Benmead Road in Kidlington. He also admitted failing to stop when required and drink-driving on August 14 at Oxford Road. He had 120mcg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, over the legal limit of 80mcg. He was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months because of three similar offences in 2019. He must also take part in rehabilitation activity for 33 days and pay £250 in court costs as well as £122 victim surcharge and a £50 fine. He was also disqualified from driving for three years.

RYAN WILLIAM SEXON, 21, of Field House, Botley, admitted sending grossly offensive messages over a public electronic communications network on Lenthall Road in Abingdon on November 15. He was fined £213 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £85 in court costs.
