A DISABILITY sports coach is organising a charity fitness day this weekend.
Lisa Hyatt has arranged the day in benefit of Clean Slate, a Bicester based charity which provides support to victims of domestic abuse.
The Witney resident wants to use the event to promote a healthy lifestyle and mind.
She said: “I just wanted to raise money for the charity as they do fantastic work and I also want to raise awareness of what they do.
“I’ve always had an interest in a positive healthy lifestyle and a selection of the best local instructors will provide a variety of classes.”

Clean Slate has provided help and support since 2009 through long term listening, counselling, freedom projects and support groups.
The fitness day will take place this Saturday at Langdale Hall in Witney, with eight sessions lasting 45 minutes.
Sessions include hardcore core and abs, max kettle bells, yoga and tai chi.
The sessions start at 9am, with the last one at 4pm, and all abilities are welcome.
A minimum donation of £5 per session is required.
