A 21-year-old motorist has admitted killing a man in a road collision while drink driving.
Robert De'ath pleaded guilty yesterday to causing death by dangerous driving and driving with excess alcohol at Oxford Crown Court.
Ministry of Defence worker Peter Ryczowski, 52, died when his bike was hit by De'ath on Leach Road, Bicester, in January.
Judge David Morton Jack bailed De'ath, of High Street, in Waddesden, Bucks, for sentencing on December 10.
