A MAN charged with sexual assault and 'exposing his penis' at an Oxford nightclub is set to appear at court.

Wijethunga has not yet entered a plea to any of the three counts he faces and he is set to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court for the first listing of the case today.
As all three counts are 'either-way' offences they can be heard either before magistrates or at Oxford Crown Court, and a determination as to where it will be heard is also expected.
