A TEAM of 12 soldiers will attempt to break a world record on Wednesday evening.
Troops from Regiment Royal Logistic Corps based at Dalton Barracks in Abingdon will try to pull a vehicle for 12 hours.
The attempt will be a test of physical stamina, mental resilience and teamwork as they push themselves (and pull a Volkswagen Transporter) to raise money for the Army Benevolent Fund, and Mind.

Training has been underway since before Christmas and current performance suggests they will break the record after recently completing eight hours.
The record attempt will take place at Blenheim Palace, starting at 10pm Wednesday.
Official certification from Guinness World Records is set for 11am on Thursday.
