ROGUE traders are preying on vulnerable Oxfordshire residents.
Thames Valley Police warned against scammers targeting residents in Kidlington by offering to do unnecessary and unscheduled work to roofs and guttering.
Officers were alerted of the criminal action on Saturday at 11.50am.

A police spokesperson announced: "We are working with our colleagues in Trading Standards Oxfordshire as part of our enquiries into this particular incident.
"If you do have any information that may assist us, please call 101 quoting reference URN 676 of 29/02/20."
Officers also urged residents in the area with domestic CCTV to check their footage from Saturday for any suspicious activity.
