DRIVERS in West Oxfordshire are being urged not to park on public open space.
West Oxfordshire District Council says parking in some places such as on grass verges on road sides, can cause extensive damage, especially in wet weather.

It tweeted a photo of a damaged road side caused by bad parking and says motorists should be considerate when parking.
PARKING NOTICE: Residents are asked to avoid parking on public open space because of the extensive damage that can be caused, particularly in wet weather.
