A MAN was blinded in one eye after falling victim to a 'violent' attack in Cowley Road.
The 21-year-old was leaving The Baron bar in Oxford with friends, when he was approached by an unknown woman and two men.
Police said an 'altercation' ensured at the victim suffered a serious injury to his eye.
The attack happened between 11.30pm and 11.45pm, on Thursday, January 9.

Thames Valley Police issued CCTV images today of people who could have 'vital information' about the assault.
The force said the man was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital, but medics were unable to save the injured eye and he is now partially-sighted.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Emilie Tomann based at St Aldates station, said: "This was a violent assault that happened at a busy time on a Thursday night, and has resulted in a serious injury.
"I am releasing these images as I believe the people pictured have vital information about this incident.
"If you recognise the people in these images, or it is you, then please get in touch."
