A reminder: here is what we can and can't report
CARA BEWICK, 35, of Roman Way, Bicester, admitted stealing Lego and bed linen to the value of £130.50 from Sainsbury’s, Bicester, on September 12. She was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.
CRAIG PRITCHARD, 37, of no fixed abode, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis and three counts of using threatening, abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on December 3, 5 and 6. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21.
SOPHIE GADD, 37, of Apley Way, Witney, admitted drink-driving on November 24 at Burford Road, Witney. Had 50mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was fined £282 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 36 months.
ZAHID MAHAMMED IQBAL, 31, of Bullingdon Road, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis on November 23 at Abingdon Police Station. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 36 months.
TYRON PULHAM, 29, of Reading Road, West Hendred, admitted causing criminal damage to a police cell, a mattress, newspapers and books to the value of £90 as well as violent behaviour at Abingdon Police Station on December 8. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, compensation of £90 and court costs of £85.
THOMAS EDWIN TUTTY, 23, of Roman Way, Wheatley, admitted causing criminal damage to an internal door to a value unknown at a property in Wheatley on December 7. He was fined £80, must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.
NUMAAN KHAN, 22, of Church Cowley Road, Oxford, was convicted of assaulting a police officer, dangerous driving, failing to stop after a road accident and report that accident and driving without third party insurance on July 9 at Campbell Road, Oxford. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months and made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and 120 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a fine of £75, compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £500 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.
EGIDIJUS PRANCKEVICIUS, 20, of Sheldon Way, Oxford, admitted having a lock knife in a public place at George Street, Oxford, on November 22. He was given a three-month jail sentence suspended for 12 months and he was ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85.
JONATHAN BREWER, 69, of Old Minster Lovell, Minster Lovell, Witney, admitted speeding by driving 46mph in a 30mph zone on Banbury Road, Oxford. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £200 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

WAYNE MICHAEL WILSON, 43, of Hendred Way, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a woman in Abingdon on November 23. He was fined £150 and must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.
SHANE JAMES JOSEPH MAUGHAN, 19, of Middle Ground, Wheatley, admitted stealing £2,500 worth of tools with James Mongan and Patrick Cawley on August 31, 2017 in Burford as well as attempting to steal more tools on the same day. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months but was ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge fee and £45 in court costs.
JAMES MONGAN, 48, of Middle Ground, Wheatley, admitted stealing £2,500 worth of tools with Shane Maughan and Patrick Cawley on August 31, 2017, in Burford as well as attempting to steal more tools on the same day. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months but was ordered to pay £100 in compensation, a £20 victim surcharge fee and £85 in court costs.
WAYNE RONALD AXTELL, 37, of no fixed abode, admitted failing to comply with the no fixed abode seven day notification requirement as part of being on the sex offenders register on August 1, 2019, and November 16 at St Aldates police station. He was fined £160 in total and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.
JACQUELINE COLE, 59, of Hastings Hill, Churchill, admitted drink-driving on November 23 on Charlbury Road in Chipping Norton. She had 44mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the 35mcg limit. She was fined £140 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £85 in court costs. She was also disqualified from driving for 13 months.

ALEXANDRU MIHAI DINITA, 29, of Ashhurst Way, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on November 24 on the Eastern bypass in Oxford. He had 58mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the 35mcg limit. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving fro 16 months.
STEPHANIE BLAKE, 42, Wroslyn Road, Oxfordshire, was convicted of stealing a white Jigsaw top and Marc Jacobs perfume to the value of £68.50 from John Lewis in the Westgate Centre on April 27 as well as being in possession of four wraps of cocaine, a class A drug at the same place on the same day. She was also convicted of breaching a restraining order between August 20 and November 8 and stealing three pens and a hat costing £23 from Jack Wills in Witney on October 10. She was also sentenced for breaching a suspended sentence made on July 17 at High Wycombe Magistrates Court. Altogether she was fined £360. She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and must pay £200 in court costs.
JASON JOHN ROBERTS, 45, of Geoffrey Barbour Road, Abingdon, admitted assault by beating on October 26 on Geoffrey Barbour Road in Abingdon. She was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for alcohol dependency for three months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £90 and £85 in court costs.
ALBERT HAXHIA, 31, of Freelands Road, Oxford, was fined £120 after admitting drug-driving on July 16 on the A34 near Hinksey Hill. He had 339mcg,per litre of blood of Benzoylecgonine, found in cocaine. The limit is 50mcg. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
AMIR REHMAN, 37, of Forgeway, Banbury, was made subject to a domestic violence protection order for 28 days on December 8.
