OXFORD MAGISTRATES’
DEAN JAMES BONESS, 33, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted going equipped for theft by having bolt croppers in Banbury on August 13 and on July 23 as well as stealing a pedal cycle valued at £212 on July 23 and attempted theft of a pedal cycle on August 13 in Banbury to the value of £165. He was jailed for 12 weeks and must pay compensation totalling £65.
STEPHEN MARK CARMENA, 39, of Ernest Road, Didcot, admitted assaulting a woman and causing criminal damage to underwear to a value unknown in Didcot on August 3. He was jailed for 14 weeks and must pay compensation totalling £300.
LUKE ANTHONY YEATES, 34, of Vicarage Close, Chalgrove, admitted being the driver of a vehicle who failed to stop after an accident and give a name and address on May 11 in Yarnton as well as driving without due care and attention. He was fined £700 and must pay a victim surcharge of £70, court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with seven penalty points.

ANDREA MOISES, 42, of Crowberry Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph area at Rose Hill, Oxford, on January 31. She was fined £75 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £45 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
SANDRA MIANDA, 40, of Hornsby Fields, Harwell, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver between July 9 and August 6 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
DAYLE JAMES WINSTON BAKER, 25, of Normandy Crescent, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on November 21 in Oxford. He was fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.
TERRANCE WAYNE HANKS, 39, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a vehicle to a value unknown on November 14 in Oxford. He must pay compensation of £40.

JANET CAROL ANNE MILLIKIN, 63, of Ock Street, Abingdon, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order at Ock Street, Abingdon, on December 4. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.
BENJAMIN MILLS, 40, of High Street, Sutton Courtenay, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance on November 5 at Appleford Road, Sutton Courtenay. He was fiend £475 and must pay a victim surcharge of £47 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for nine months.
PAUL MICHAEL SIMON TURNER, 35, of St Clement’s, Oxford, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis on November 22 at Abingdon Road, Oxford. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and he must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.
JOSEPH DUCKETT, 31, of Heyford Park Camp Road, Upper Heyford, admitted driving above the legal drug limit for cannabis and cocaine on June 17 at Somerton Road, Ardley. He was made subject to a community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.
DESMON PAUL JONES, 36, of Ashhurst Way, Oxford, admitted possessing a quantity of heroin on February 22 in Oxford. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

SCOTT RONALD BROOM, 46, of Tavener Place, Oxford, was convicted of assaulting a woman and causing criminal damage to a mobile phone on September 16 in Oxford. He was jailed for 18 weeks suspended for 18 months and made subject to an alcohol treatment requirement for 12 months and 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay compensation of £250, a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £300.
MICHEL NGAMBA BALANDAMIO, 46, of Southfield Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 61mph in a 30mph area at Banbury Road, Oxford, on March 24. He was fined £271 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 14 days.
ADAM JAMES MATTHEW HUBBUCKS, 46, of Villiers Road, Bicester, was convicted of speeding by driving in excess of 70mph in a 70mph zone on the A41 in Bicester on May 1. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
NICOLLE IRVINE, 25, of Stert Street, Abingdon, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance on January 22 in Abingdon. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.
CALLUM SCOTT JOHNSON, 58, of Church Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 38mph in a 30mph zone on Rose Hill, Oxford, on February 20. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

NICOLAI ALEXANDER JOYCE, 33, of Marston Street, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 43mph in a 30mph zone on Headington Road, Oxford, on October 2. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £150 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.
ALEX ANDREW KERRY, 23, of Barrington Close, Berinsfield, was convicted of speeding by driving in excess of 30mph in a 30mph zone on Abingdon Road, Burcot, on May 4. He was fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 14 days.
YIM TAEK OH, 42, of Moody Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph zone on Marston Road, Oxford, on March 13. He was fined £100 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
SHIRIN TAHZIB, 57, of Sutton Lane, Witney, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph area at Botley Road, Oxford, on March 29. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.
RYAN LAWRENCE HUNT, 30, of Bakers Piece, Witney, was convicted of failing to stop after a road accident and failing to report that accident at High Street, Witney, on March 10. Also admitted driving a vehicle without due care and attention and driving without third party insurance. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30. He was also disqualified from driving for three months.
