Tracey James, who also lives on Whitelands Way, shared pictures of one side of her neighbour's roof missing and bricks strewn along the floor beside the property.
She said: "It happened earlier this afternoon, we were watching TV and we heard a loud noise but didn't take much notice of it.

"Then we started seeing white stuff flying about in the air my kids got excited as they thought it was snowing.
"It wasn't until I started seeing big chunks of loft insulation flying about and when we looked out the back we noticed the side roof has gone."
She said police have told residents to remain in their houses as they cannot stabilise the roof, with part of the road currently closed off.
Emergency services have been contacted.
