A COUNTRYSIDE cannabis factory was uncovered by police in Oxfordshire today.
The drugs bust was carried out in the village of Ambrosden, near Bicester.
Police said they raided a 'property' but did not specify exactly where or what type of building the pungent plants were found in.

A photo shared by officers on the TVP Cherwell Facebook page showed a carpet of the Class B drug, growing under the glow of specialist lighting.
Writing alongside the post, police said: "Not your usual 'house plants' recovered from a property in Ambrosden, Bicester.
"If you have suspicions your neighbours maybe growing these please do report it to us on 101 or via Crimestoppers."

They did not state if any arrests had been made, nor how many plants were seized.
One Ambrosden resident, commenting on the post, said they could 'always smell' cannabis at the back of their house.
