BRIAN MATHEW, 80, of Oxford Road, Eynsham, was found guilty of driving in a public place without due care and attention on March 29 in Eynsham. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £775 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.
JAMES CONNORS, 37, of Arkell Avenue, Carterton, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis on September 15 in Carterton. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court cost of £40.
TREVOR STEWART, 37, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing alcohol valued at £26.10 from Sainsbury’s, Oxford, on July 16 as well as resisting a constable in the execution of their duty and committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.

KEAN ONEILL, 22, of Danes Road, Bicester, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between July 8 and August 5 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
SHKELQIM RAMA, 28, of Boundary Brook Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between July 30 and August 27 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
SHANE COATES, 31, of Haldane Road, Oxford, was found guilty of assaulting a woman in Oxford on September 22 and committing an offence while subject to a suspended sentence. He was jailed for a total of 14 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £122 and £320 cost.
ADRIAN FORBES, 50, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, admitted possessing a quantity of crack cocaine and stealing clothing to the value of £99.99 from Sainsbury’s, Oxford, on October 28. He was made subject to a community order to include an electronic curfew for three months and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £150.

MICHAEL PARSONS, 31, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted causing criminal damage to a shop display window to the value of £1,228.46 in Thame on April 11. He must pay compensation of £614 and court costs of £85.
SHOFIK TOWNSEND, 43, of Campbell Road, Oxford, admitted stealing a pedal cycle valued at £340 in Oxford on July 9. He was jailed for 28 days and must pay compensation of £253 and court costs of £350.
JOSHUA GUTTRIDGE, 18, of Ballard Close, Middle Barton, admitted assaulting a man and two assaults on a woman in Middle Barton on October 22 as well as assaulting a custody detention officer at Banbury Police Station and possession of a locking knife on October 23. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days and he must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.
DIMITRIOS PAPOULIDIS, 35, of Cedar Court, Oxford, was fined £100 after admitting driving on Rose Hill over the 30mph speed limit on April 22. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and had his driving licence endorsed with three penalty points.

WILLIAM OWEN BROOME, 72, of St Andrews Road, Chinnor, was convicted of driving at 82mph in a 70mph zone on the M40 between Woodburn Green Lane and Junction 2 on April 3. He also admitted driving at 35mph in a 30mph road in Stanton St John on June 20. He was fined £330 in total and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points and he was disqualified from driving for six months.
DR CHARLES ELWORTHY, 58, of Wardington, Banbury, admitted driving at 35mph on a 30mph road in Banbury on April 27. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.
SEAN FOLLOWS, 33, of Corn Avill Close, Abingdon, admitted driving while over the legal limit for cannabis on Nuffield Way in Abingdon on December 12, 2018. He had 6.7 micrograms of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, the active chemical in cannabis, per litre of blood, over the legal limit of 2mcg. He was fined £440 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 as well as £85 in court costs. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.
JULIAN GUNNETT, 44, of Wilsdon Way, Kidlington, admitted two counts of using racist words at Bristol Temple Meads Station on December 4. The court found that it was racially aggravated and he was fined £200 in total and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30.

GAVIN JUSTICE, 42, of Townsend Square, admitted driving at 62mph n a 50mph zone on the A34 near Wytham on January 21. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence has also been endorsed with three penalty points.
SCOTT FRIDAY, 24, of High Street, Banbury, admitted failing to register a new address between October 1 and October 31, a condition of being on the sex offenders register. He was fined £250 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85.
JASON MEDLICOTT, 45, of Croft Road, Oxford, admitted burglary with intent to steal on September 24 at Pullens Lane. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months but must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and £85 court costs.
ALAN TOBIN, 39, of no fixed abode, was sent to prison for 24 weeks after admitting damaging a satellite dish on November 6 and glass panels to a door and window on November 13 as well as three counts of harassing a woman and breaching a restraining order on November 4, 6 and 13. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £122.
ARRON WINDEBANK, 21, of Lancut Road, Witney, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a Class B drug, on January 9 in Witney. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, but must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and forfeit the drugs.
RAIMONDAS LIMONINAS, 36, of Redesdale Court, Reading, admitted fraud after using a credit card that was not his to buy iPhones at John Lewis in Oxford on December 21. He also admitted buying four iPhones, costing £4996.50, at John Lewis in Reading on the same day. He must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months and pay £2,000 compensation. He must also pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs. in court costs.
