A MAN caught with depraved images of child abuse is set to be sentenced at court today.
Dr Paul Dean was convicted of three counts of making (which also covers viewing and downloading) indecent images of children last month.
He admitted making three images of the highest category - A, three images in category B and nine images of category C.
The offences all took place in Oxford on or before January 31 2018.
The 66-year-old of Cunliffe Close, Oxford, is set to appear before Oxford Magistrates' Court today.

After he pleaded guilty at the last hearing his case was adjourned for the preparation of a pre-sentence report.
That report - prepared by the National Probation Service - will explore all sentencing options.
As the offences are all either-way matters they can be dealt with by magistrates or sent to Oxford Crown Court. Magistrates can only impose a six-month jail term and unlimited fine.
