MATTHEW JANES, 39, of Van Diemens Close, Chinnor, admitted assaulting a man occasioning actual bodily harm on January 6 in Chinnor. He was made subject to a community order to include an electronic curfew and he must pay compensation of £250, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.
CHRISTOPHER LEES GREGORY, 29, of Cotswold Crescent, Chipping Norton, admitted drink driving on November 5 in Chipping Norton and driving without a licence. He had 65mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £120, must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85, and he was disqualified from driving for 20 months.
Alexander Brian SIMMONDS, 23, of Daisy Bank, Abingdon, admitted making off without making payment at Sainsbury’s, Heyford Hill, on May 15 and causing criminal damage to a cell wall at Abingdon police station on November 5. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a fine of £50, compensation totalling £70, a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.
KERRY LOUISE WHEELER, 37, of Grove Street, Wantage, admitted stealing makeup valued at £59.69 from Boots, Witney, on July 24. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.
Lee Michael BLACKMAN, 33, of Savile Way, Grove, admitted driving while disqualified and without third party insurance on the A40 London Road, Oxford, on October 22. He was jailed for 16 weeks, must pay a victim surcharge of £122 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
Christopher PAUL HIORNS, 56, of Marshall Road, Banbury, admitted breaching a sexual harm prevention order by posting an advertisement on the internet without prior consent on February 19. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.
Leon Anthony DRUMMOND, 47, of Marlborough Place, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to attend appointments on July 8, August 8, and October 1, 3 and 8. He was fined £50.
Hillroy BURTON, 68, of Phipps Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on June 18 in Oxford. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
ISTVAN GHEORGHITA, 28, of White Oak Green, Hailey, Oxfordshire, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance and without a licence on September 21 in Oxford. He was fined a total of £425 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
Andreas HEGEDUS, 19, of Burford Road, Witney, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on April 29 in Carterton. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40, court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
Sean JOSEPH WHITE, 42, of Dunnock Way, Blackbird Leys, was convicted of driving a vehicle without a licence, third party insurance and a valid test certificate on September 16 in Tiddington. He was fined a total of £1,100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
MICHAEL GALE, 32, of Millbrook Square, Wantage, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on August 4 in Oxfordshire. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 as well as court costs of of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
SCOTT WAYNE WILLIAMS, 26, of Greenmere, Wallingford, was convicted of driving on a road without third party insurance on July 22 in Benson, Oxford. He was fined £660 ans must pay a victim surcharge of £66 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
CHLOE AUSTIN, 19, of no fixed abode, was fined £100 after admitting being in possession of cannabis, a class B drug, on August 8 in Bicester. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £32.
CONSTANTIN BACRAU, 35, of no fixed abode, was fined £50 after admitting begging on Welch Way in Witney on November 6. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £32.
LEE BROMLEY, 43, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, has been sent to prison for 28 days after admitting stealing £190.50 worth of jewellery from Marks and Spencers in Banbury on October 30 and not surrendering to custody. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £122.
FAY HOURIGAN, 33, of Hastings Road, Banbury, admitting drink driving on November 6 in Presott Avenue in Banbury. She had 51mcg per 100ml of breath, over the 35mcg legal limit. She was fined £80 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85. She was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.
KARL MATTHEW SOUTHEY, 22, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a class B drug, on June 1 at Abingdon Police Station. He was discharged conditionally for six months, but must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85. He must also forfeit his drugs to be destroyed.
REECE WILLIAMS, 32, of Woodlark Close, Salford, was fined £500 after admitting being in possession of cocaine, a class A drug, and failing to give a road side breath test and specimen when suspected of driving under the influence on August 7 in Banbury. He must pay a victim surcharge of £32, court costs of £85 and has been disqualified from driving for 12 months.
STEPHEN GEORGE RUSHMER, 55, of North Way, Headington, was fined £50 for being drunk and disorderly at The White Horse on London Road on October 31. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32.
BOBBY AHMED, 38, of Trefoil Place, Oxford, admitted breaching a suspended sentence made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on August 5 by failing to attend visits. He had been given the suspended sentence for theft and threatening behaviour. He has now been sentenced to 16 weeks in prison suspended for 22 months – extended by four months for the breach – and must continue with drug rehabilitation. The sentence was not activated because he has given several ‘negative samples’ and is working full-time supporting his children.
MARK LEAH HENRON, 32, of Parkside, Abingdon, admitted breaching the community requirement of a suspended sentence made by Oxford Magistrates Court on January 22, 2019 by not going to appointments on July 11 and August 19. All of the the community requirements have now been removed from his suspended sentence and it has not been activated because he is caring for his children.
