MARTEL TYRELL WEBSTER-BAIDOE, 18, of Hundred Acres Close, Oxford, was fined £80 after admitting being drunk and disorderly on Queen Street on August 26 and assaulting a police officer. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and £85 in court costs.
TEIGAN CHARLETT, 18, of Little Bury, Oxford, admitted being racist towards a woman at the John Radcliffe Hospital on February 23 as well as assaulting the same woman and threatening another person. She was sentenced to a community order and must go to a rehabilitation activity for at least 25 days after the court found that the offence was racially aggravated. She must also pay £175 in compensation.
LEON ANTHONY DRUMMOND, 47, of Marlborough Place in Banbury, was fined £80 after admitting possession of cannabis, a class B drug, on October 13 in Prospect Road. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85 and forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.
PIERLUIGI DURNDELL, 60, of Burford Road, Carterton, admitted failing to tell the courts of his change of address within three days on October 9 – a requirement of being on the sex offenders register. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32.
ASHA KUMA-LAL, 47, of Oxford Road, Cowley, admitted criminal damage to a front door on October 6 at Moorhen Walk in Oxford as well as harassing and using threatening, abusive or insulting words to somebody at the address. She was fined £100 and must pay £50 compensation. She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as court costs of £85. She has been made subject to a restraining order until November 2021. A previous suspended sentence was not activated because she was marked as a vulnerable adult with mental health issues and support from the probation and mental health team would be lost.
ELLIOTT DOYLE ROONEY, 33, of Ridgeway Road in Risinghurst, was fined £500 after admitting driving at 56mph in a 30mph zone in Oxford on January 16. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
IAN MARTIN BYE, 44, of Croft Road, Marston, admitted driving at 47mph in a 30mph zone in Whitchurch in Buckinghamshire on February 10. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from getting a driving licence for six months because of his repeat offending.
ASHLEY MICHAEL PIPKIN, 31, of Balfour Road, Oxford, admitted stealing £37.90 worth of food and alcohol from Sainsbury’s in St Aldates on November 15. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £40.
CARL WAYNE BUCKINGHAM, 35, of Williams Road, Upper Heyford, admitted assaulting a police officer on November 3 at The Slade in Oxford. He was fined £400 and ordered to pay compensation of £200 as well as a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85.
TYLENE HUMPHREY, 29, of Knight’s Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a police officer on November 3 at Queen Street, Oxford. She was fined £92 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85.
HARRY LYONS, 18, of Nuthatch Way, Bicester, admitted trespassing on a railway at Aristotle Lane on November 2. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85.
JANET CAROL ANNE MILLIKIN, 63, of Ock Street, Abingdon, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by harassing a woman on November 11 at Wootton Road, Abingdon. She was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32.
ALEKSAS JUODAITIS, 29, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a restraining order on November 15 at Long Lane in Oxford. He was sentenced to four weeks in prison, suspended for six months because he breached the restraining order just 10 days after it was imposed and entered the victim's home deliberately, causing significant alarm when children were present. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85.
EDWARD ANDREW STEVENS, 38, of Hampden Square, was convicted of harassing a woman by sending her emails between January 5 and January 20. He was made subject of a restraining order and must not contact the woman until November 2020. He was also fined £507 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £500.
STEPHEN JOHN WATKINS, 34, of The Green, Chesterton, admitted stealing a Breville sandwich maker and knives from Sainsbury’s in Bicester on June 1 as well as stealing £45.20 worth of steaks from the same shop on April 20 and stealing a set of headphones and knives from the same shop on May 30. He also admitted failing to surrender to custody on September 18 at Oxford Magistrates’ Court. He was sent to prison for eight weeks and ordered to pay a total of £210.20 in compensation.
JOHN BLAKE BREWER, 50, of St Clement’s Street, Oxford, admitted carrying a large metal ratchet on Cowley Road on October 7. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, but ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £21. He must also forfeit the ratchet to be destroyed.
ZABAIR HUSSAIN, 36, of Sutton Road, Headington, admitted being drunk and disorderly on Sutton Road on November 3. He was fined £153 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85.
JERMAINE ASHFORD JONES, 37, of Whitecorss, Wootton, admitted criminal damage of a car window on June 20 on Ridgefield Road, as well as obstructing a police officer on duty on Howard Street on the same day and being in possession of cannabis, a class B drug, at Abingdon Police Station on June 21. He was fined £348 in total and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as court costs of £200. He was also fined £165 for being in possession of cannabis, a class B drug, on April 2 and breaching the conditional discharge that he was originally sentenced to. He must also forfeit the cannabis.
THEO ELLIOT, 56, of Oxford Hill, Witney, admitted driving at 43mph in a 30mph zone at the junction of New Cheltenham Road and North End Road on December 18, 2018. The speed limit was signposted at less than 200 yard intervals. He was fined £332 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £33. His driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.
