TRIBUTES have continued to pour in for the man named locally as the victim of a stabbing in Didcot.
The victim of a fight in Mendip Heights - after which police launched a murder investigation - has been named locally as Darren Maccormick.
While police have not formally identified the victim the force said this morning that four teenagers had been arrested in connection with the incident on Thursday.
Meanwhile, further tributes for Mr Maccormick, affectionately known as Dizzy, have been paid.
Dan Sheridan contacted the Oxford Mail to pay his respects.
He said: "Dizzy was one of the most charismatic and loving people you could ever wish to meet.
"Loving father with a heart of gold and a humour you could only liken to like a bunch of mad frogs.
"The whole community has been shaken by his loss and he is so missed and the amount of people on Thursday that turned up on Thursday says it all.
"Dizzy mate, we all love you and you keep dancing pal and we will see each other again.
"Love you mate, love Big Dan."
Writing on Facebook Laura Burns said: "He was an old friend of mine and my sister from way back.
"Had some great times. Haven't seen him for many years, so sad to hear of this.
"My thoughts and love are with his family and friends, rest in peace."
Di Bolton said: "So Sad. Nobody deserves to lose their life like that.
"Rest in peace."
