A POPULAR sandwich chain known for its foot-long Subs has launched a new bite-sized option for customers.
Subway, which has stores in Oxford on Cowley Road, St Clement's and in Headington, has released a range of four new mini sandwiches called Toasted Bites.
The snacks for those who may not want to eat bigger sandwiches and fancy a light lunch on the go.
Toasted Bites are available with the classic Subway fillings such as ham and cheese, tuna melt, steak and cheese or just cheese.
They are now on the menu for £1.29 each.
Subway, which is known for customers being able to customise their own 'Sub' sandwich, has branches across the county including at Yarnton services, Bicester, Banbury, Wheatley and Abingdon.
It has also recently launched a meatless version of its classic Sub Meatball Marinara that vegans and vegetarians can enjoy.
