Officers investigating a fatal car crash are appealing for a driver who was at the scene to come forward.
Doreen Swift, of Wheelwright Court in Buckland near Faringdon, died in a collision with a Renault Master Van on the B4508 about a mile from Stanford in the Vale opposite the Grey Fox Racing Stables on Wednesday, October 31.
The 79-year-old, who was in a silver Peugeot 106, was pronounced dead at the scene and a 19-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
Police want to speak to a woman who was in a dark blue car which could possibly have been a Volkswagen Golf.
The woman stopped at the scene but left before police arrived. She spoke with a Canadian or American accent.
