A DRUNK who carried out a litany of crimes - punching a medic, urinating in a police van and launching a racist tirade outside a takeaway - has been jailed.
Alcoholic Stuart Nicholson's offences all took place between May and December this year and many were referred to as 'hate crimes'.
The 43-year-old of Astrop Lane, Oxford appeared to be sentenced at Oxford Magistrates' Court today.
He had already been made subject to a deferred sentence for his first string of offences which all took place in May.

Nicholson carried out yet more offences on Saturday and into the early hours of Sunday, and was jailed for his crimes yesterday.
Outlining the multiple cases against him prosecutor Clare Barclay said his first offence of being drunk and disorderly took place at Aldi, Horspath Driftway, on May 14.
Police were called because he was 'smelling of alcohol, staggering around and slurring his words.'
Prosecutors said he was also threatening to the supermarket's staff and he continued to be aggressive when police arrived.
Less than two weeks later on May 25 he carried out further offences in which he punched a care worker before urinating in a police van.

On that day an ambulance was at the Co Op, Rose Hill, to deal with a mother and her sick baby. At the same time Nicholson was there, engaged in a row with a woman, who ran over to the medic.
Nicholson approached and swung a punch at the woman which missed before a second punch landed on the care worker.
Prosecutors said that efforts to treat the baby had to be halted because of the attack and that Nicholson later urinated in a police van and was racially abusive.
Speaking of his most recent offending prosecutors said police were called to the Chicken Hut, Between Towns Road, just before midnight on Saturday to reports of a man being racially abusive.

Police took him outside and he was heard to say 'where are the AK47s?' and 'how do I join ISIS?'
Arrested, he was then driven to Abingdon police station and during the journey he said - in reference to the driver - 'f***ing black driver' as well as further racist obscenity.
During interview he explained his actions by saying he had been out with friends drinking and the discussion had turned to 'world conflicts and home grown terrorism.'
He added that he was drunk and was 'just mouthing off' before denying he was a racist.
In mitigation his defence solicitor Nathan Seymour-Hyde said that Nicholson had been suffering from alcoholism and had been drinking 12 cans of cider a day.
He added that Nicholson had voluntarily attended Alcoholics Anonymous and Turning Point in a bid to tackle his addiction.
He was jailed for 20 weeks and will pay a total of £500 compensation and a £400 fine.
