TWO meetings about big infrastructure and housing projects across Oxfordshire will take place in January.
The Oxfordshire Growth Board is a group made up of leaders from all of Oxfordshire’s councils: Cherwell, Vale of White Horse, South Oxfordshire and West Oxfordshire district councils, Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council.
They discuss government funding for ambitious housing and infrastructure projects across the county.

Councillors at the meeting will scrutinise decisions taken by the Oxfordshire Growth Board.
Following this scrutiny panel, a full meeting of the growth board will take place on Tuesday, January 28 at Didcot Civic Hall from 2pm.
The growth board’s meetings at the end of 2019 in November were cancelled due to the general election.
The Oxfordshire Growth Board meetings due to be held on November 21 and November 26 were cancelled because of the election ‘purdah’.
This was effectively a ban on all politically biased communication by councils to prevent influencing the election.
