The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml of breath. He was ordered to pay a £300 fine, a victim surcharge of £32 and £85 in court costs. He was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.
RADEK GRADECKI, 54, of St Leonards Close, Banbury, admitted drink driving on October 19 at Banbury. He had 43mcg per 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml of breath. He was ordered to pay a £90 fine, a £35 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs. He was also disqualified from holding or getting a driving licence for 12 months.
CHRISTOPHER GAFFEY, 24, of Red Bridge Hollow, Oxford, admitted obstructing or resisting a constable in execution of their duty on November 2 at Oxford as well as driving a vehicle on a road without insurance on November 2 on Old Abingdon Road. He was fined £160 in total and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £32. His driving record will also be endorsed with six points.
JOHN JOSEPH GAFFEY, 30, of Red Bridge Hollow, Oxford, admitted assault by beating on November 2 at Oxford as well as obstructing and resisting a constable in the execution of duty. He was fined £160 in total, ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85.

SHANE HANRAHAN, 29, of Heatley Way, Oxford admitted criminal damage to a window on October 19 at The Blue Boar Pub in Abingdon as well as using threatening or abusive words or acting disorderly at the John Radcliffe Hospital on October 19 while under the terms of a previous suspended sentence made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on May 1, 2018 for being in possession of a bladed article in a public place on April 15, 2018. He was fined £400 in total, ordered to pay £100 compensation, a victim surcharge of £32 and £85 court costs. The suspended sentence was not activated for rehabilitation.
JARASLOW KRZYWACKI, 43, of Cavendish Drive, Oxford, admitted drink driving on November 3 at Horspath Driftway, Oxford. He had 55mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml of breath. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and £85 in court costs. He was also disqualified from getting a driving licence for 14 months.
ADRIAN NICOLAE RUSU, 23, of Dirac Place, Didcot, was convicted of criminal damage to a property after destroying a television, glass table and two mugs on November 3, at Didcot. He was fined £123 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £85 in court costs.
ROBERT SMIALEK, 38, of Oxford Road in Kidlington, admitted causing criminal damage to a house by damaging a wooden side gate and a wooden radiator cover on August 31 at Kidlington. He was given a community order and must stay away from Oxford Road, where the damage was caused. He was also ordered to pay £80 compensation.
MATTHEW WAITE, 23, of Crawley Road, Witney, admitted assault by beating on May 6, at Carterton. He was sentenced to a community order and must participate in a 'Building Better Relationships' course for 30 days. He was also sentenced to a restraining order and ordered to a pay the compensation of £150.
JOHN MUNDY, 53, of James Street, Oxford, admitted assault by beating. He was sentenced to a community order and must attend the Luther Street Medical Centre, Oxford. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £75.
MOHAMMED SABIR ALI, 21, of Barton Village Road, admitted possession of cannabis on March 23, at Oxford as well as being in possession of a knuckle duster at Carfax on the same day. He was fined £240 in total, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.
SEPTIMU NEAGOE, 41, of Broughton Road, Banbury, admitted drink driving on October 20 at Banbury. He had 120mcg per 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml of breath. He was sentenced to 10 weeks in prison, suspended for two years. He must pay a victim surcharge of £122 as well as court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from getting a driving licence for three years.
GEORGE-FLORENTIN STINGA, 22, of High Road Leyton, London, going to Bicester Village equipped for theft on June 21 as well as not surrendering to custody at Banbury Magistrates' Court on August 8. He was fined to £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of £85.
ALEKSAS JUODAITIS, 29, of no fixed abode, admitted assault by beating on September 23 at Oxford. He was sentenced to a community order and must attend appointments for 12 days. He must also carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. He was also made subject of a restraining order. He must pay pay a victim surcharge of £90 as well as court costs of £85.
LUKE WAINE, 19, of Corneville Road, Abingdon, admitted drug driving. He had 58mcg of ketamine per litre. The legal limit is 20mcg of ketamine per litre. He was fined £250 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 as well as £85 court costs. He was disqualified from getting a driving licence for 12 months.
HAYLEY DOLTON, 32, of Rose Hill Flats, admitted failing without a reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made at Oxford Magistrates Court on November 16, 2018 by failing to attend probation on September 24 and October 1 and failing to provide evidence of a reasonable excuse within the period. She was fined £10.
PHILIP KNOWLES, 55, of Prior Crescent, Steventon, admitted failing without a reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on February 6, 2019, but failing to attend home visits on September 10, September 26 and failing to provide evidence of a reasonable excuse. He was fined £30 and must pay costs of £60.
PETER QUINN, 26, of Salesian House, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment on September 6 and removed his personal identification device on September 7. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay costs of £60.
